About Me

Experience
I hold Certificates III & IV in Fitness, with further studies in Sports Science, and I’m certified in Strength & Conditioning as well as Track & Field (Level 1). I’m also a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with over six years of experience teaching boxing, CrossFit, boot camps, and a wide variety of fitness disciplines.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching high-level sprint athletes who have medaled at state championships, as well as netball and football teams. I’ve supported athletes through rehabilitation, guided individuals to regain the ability to walk and stand, and helped countless clients build strength, mobility, and confidence.

For more than six years, my passion has been empowering people to discover what fitness truly means to them. I thrive on guiding clients through transformative journeys, whether it’s chasing medals, recovering from setbacks, or simply becoming the strongest version of themselves.

Vision
To empower individuals of all ages and abilities to discover their true potential through fitness. I strive to create a space where strength, speed, and health go beyond aesthetics, building confidence, resilience, and a lifestyle that lasts. My vision is to redefine what it means to train: making fitness accessible, supportive, and transformative, while inspiring people to feel proud of their bodies for what they can achieve.
