About Me

Experience
I hold Certificates III and IV in Fitness and have studied in Sports Science. Additionally, I am certified in Strength and Conditioning and Track and Field Level 1. I am a certified Mat/Reformer Pilates instructor and have over six years of experience teaching boxing, CrossFit, boot camps, and various other fitness disciplines.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of coaching high-level sprint athletes who have medaled at state championships. I have also coached netball and football teams, supported athletes in their rehabilitation journeys, and helped many individuals achieve their fitness goals at various levels. I’ve worked with clients to regain the ability to walk, stand, and improve their overall strength and mobility.
