With a lifelong passion for fitness, I grew up surrounded by elite athletes—my parents, who represented Australia—shaped my drive and perspective on health. Now, I’m focused on helping others achieve their best selves, whether you’re just starting out, struggling with weight management, or aiming for peak performance.

Nicolette trained me for over two years and the progress I made in that time is indescribable. In only weeks I saw improvement in my strength and in only months I had nearly doubled my weight load, and saw toning in my body. Nicolette, was so supportive and encouraging.

 

She helped me to not only push the limits of my body but also my mindset, teaching me I was capable of more than I thought. After working out with her I fell in love with my body not just because of how it looked but how strong it felt and how capable I became. Little things like lifting shopping, pot plants or moving furniture were no longer daunting. Nicolette’s personal training sessions were tailored to my goals and needs and without a doubt were the highlight of my week, every week.

   Questions frequently asked:

  • Q: Does it have to be in the gym?

  • A: No. It all depends on you and what you have available, because of how personalised the programs will be it won't matter where you're stationed. I will cater and create based on your environment and goals. I may ask if you'd like to try and change for max benefit but it's mainly based on you :)

  • Q: What if I've never worked out?

  • A: That's totally fine, during the one on one consult we'll go through form checks, confidence in the gym and how to start. I'll be there to guide you through each step of the way.
