As a professional sprint hurdler and coach, I’ve dedicated my life to high performance, both on the track and in the gym. My journey as an athlete has taught me the discipline, mindset, and precision it takes to transform the body and unlock true potential.

In my continued pursuit of high performance, I’m focused on sharing my knowledge, tips, and tricks to help every human 'train like an athlete', to move with purpose, build confidence, and achieve their dream physique, mindset and physical ability. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, or perform at your peak, no matter who you are or what challenges you face I will guide you to unlock the athlete within and reach your full potential.

   Questions frequently asked:

  • Q: Does it have to be in the gym?

  • A: No. It all depends on you and what you have available, because of how personalised the programs will be it won't matter where you're stationed. I will cater and create based on your environment and goals. I may ask if you'd like to try and change for max benefit but it's mainly based on you :)

  • Q: What if I've never worked out?

  • A: That's totally fine, during the one on one consult we'll go through form checks, confidence in the gym and how to start. I'll be there to guide you through each step of the way.
